Terms & Conditions

The terms that apply to Energie4 Therapy services, courses, payments and student access.

Last updated: 4 July 2026

These terms and conditions apply when you use energie4therapy.com.au, apply for or purchase a course, attend an event, access the Energie4 student portal, or purchase another product or service from us. By completing a purchase, you agree to the version of these terms shown to you at that time.

1. About Energie4 Therapy

The website and services are operated by Energie4 Pty Ltd (ACN 627 313 179), trading as Energie4 Therapy (Energie4 Therapy, we, our or us).

You can contact us at magdalena@energie4.com or +61 420 252 927.

2. Accepting these terms

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to make a purchase. If you purchase on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.

Course descriptions, dates, inclusions, prices and any course-specific conditions displayed on the relevant course page, application, payment page or enrolment email form part of these terms. Course-specific conditions apply if they are more specific than these general terms.

3. Course applications and enrolment

Some practitioner courses require an application or conversation with Magdalena before payment. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance and does not reserve a place.

If your application is approved, we may send you a private payment link. Your place is confirmed only when payment has been completed successfully and we have confirmed your enrolment. You must not share a private payment link, student account or live-session link with another person.

We may decline an application where we reasonably believe the course is not suitable, prerequisites have not been met, the course is full, or participation could affect the safety or learning of the group.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are stated in Australian dollars and include Australian GST where applicable. You must pay the price shown at checkout using an available payment method.

Course payments may be processed by Stripe. Shop, appointment or other payments may be processed by Square, Stripe or another provider identified at checkout. The payment provider's terms and privacy policy also apply. Energie4 Therapy does not receive or store your complete card number or card security code.

Some payment providers may offer credit or instalment products such as buy now, pay later. Any credit arrangement is between you and that provider. It does not change the course price, enrolment requirements, cancellation policy or your obligations to Energie4 Therapy.

Unless a finite payment arrangement is expressly offered and agreed in writing, payment is required in full before course access is granted. You must not make or attempt a payment fraudulently or unlawfully.

5. Advanced Conversation Therapy, October 2026

The Advanced Conversation Therapy practitioner intensive is scheduled for Saturday 3 October to Monday 5 October 2026, from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm AEST (Australia/Brisbane) each day. It is delivered live online, has a maximum of eight participants and costs A$997.

The course includes the three live training days, course resources, access to training recordings and two follow-up practice and supervision sessions. Follow-up details and Google Meet invitations will be provided separately. Unless we state otherwise before payment, no particular recording format, production standard or permanent access period is promised. We will give reasonable notice before withdrawing access to supplied recordings or portal materials.

The live training is intended to be recorded. Your name, voice, image, chat messages or contributions may be captured if you participate with those features enabled. You may keep your camera off and can contact Magdalena before the course if you have concerns. Recordings are for course delivery and participant learning. We will not use an identifiable participant contribution in public marketing without separate permission.

Course policy: The course is confirmed and will proceed regardless of cohort size. If Energie4 Therapy cancels the course, payments will be refunded. Contact Magdalena before 20 September 2026 to discuss a participant cancellation or transfer.

This course policy does not limit any remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Cancellations, transfers and changes

Participant cancellation and transfer requests are handled under the specific policy displayed for the course. Unless a course-specific policy or the Australian Consumer Law provides otherwise, we are not required to provide a refund because you change your mind, cannot attend, or do not use the course access provided.

If we cancel a course, we will refund the course payments we received from you. We are not responsible for unrelated costs you incur, to the extent permitted by law.

We may make a reasonable change to a facilitator, session format, timetable or delivery service where necessary. If we make a material change, we will tell affected participants and provide an appropriate remedy where required by the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Live sessions, recordings and the student portal

Live sessions may be delivered through Google Meet or another service identified in your enrolment information. Course materials and progress may be provided through the Energie4 student portal. You are responsible for a suitable device, internet connection and current browser.

Your account and access are personal to you. Keep your password and session links secure and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed them.

We may perform maintenance or respond to an outage affecting a third-party service. We will take reasonable steps to restore access or provide a practical alternative, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

8. Participant responsibilities and confidentiality

Practitioner training can involve discussion, demonstration and supervised practice. You agree to participate respectfully, follow reasonable facilitator directions and protect the privacy of other participants.

Do not disclose identifying information about a client or another person unless you have lawful authority and their informed consent. Examples used in training should be appropriately de-identified. Information shared by another participant about themselves, their practice or their clients must be treated as confidential and must not be recorded, copied or shared outside the course.

We may restrict or remove a participant whose conduct is unsafe, unlawful, seriously disruptive, breaches another person's privacy, or materially infringes these terms. Any refund will be determined by the circumstances and applicable law.

9. Educational scope and professional responsibility

Unless expressly stated, Energie4 Therapy is not a registered training organisation and a course is not an accredited qualification. Certificates acknowledge participation or completion only.

Course content is general education for practitioners. It is not medical, legal, financial or client-specific clinical advice. We do not guarantee a particular personal, professional, business or client outcome.

You remain responsible for working within your qualifications, competence, professional scope, insurance requirements and applicable laws. You are responsible for your decisions and for how you apply course material in your own practice.

10. Intellectual property

Course materials, recordings, written resources, branding and portal content are owned by Energie4 Therapy or used with permission from their respective owners. All intellectual property rights remain with the relevant owner.

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use supplied course materials for your own learning and professional reference during the applicable access period.

Without written permission, you must not share account access, reproduce or distribute substantial course content, upload recordings, sell or sublicense materials, use the materials to train others, remove ownership notices, or represent another person's work as your own.

11. Third-party services and links

The website, payments, email, calendar invitations, live sessions, video delivery and portal may use third-party services. Those providers have their own terms and privacy practices. We select and manage providers with reasonable care, but we do not control their networks or platforms.

Links to an external website do not constitute an endorsement. You should review the external provider's terms before using its service.

12. Australian Consumer Law

Our products and services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

Where the Australian Consumer Law permits us to limit a remedy for a service supplied to a business customer, our liability may be limited to supplying the service again or paying the reasonable cost of having the service supplied again.

13. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, or for loss caused by your unlawful conduct, failure to follow reasonable instructions, or use of course content outside your qualifications or professional scope.

Nothing in this section limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

14. Privacy

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, the providers involved in delivering our services, and how to request access or correction.

15. Complaints and disputes

Please contact us first at magdalena@energie4.com with enough detail for us to understand the issue. We will consider the concern in good faith and try to resolve it directly.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent relief or exercising a right available under law.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on the website. Changes apply prospectively. The terms accepted when you complete a purchase continue to apply to that purchase unless a change is required by law or you agree otherwise.

17. General

If part of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, it will be read down or severed without affecting the remaining terms. A delay in exercising a right is not a waiver of that right. You may not transfer your enrolment or rights except as permitted by the applicable course policy or with our written agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. The parties submit to the courts of Queensland and courts entitled to hear appeals from them.
